“ Was recommended this restaurant by a coworker and decided to check it out for Saturday brunch. We arrived right at a rush but that's usually how you can tell it'll be worth the wait. The cashier calmly and quickly took everyone's order in line, and when it was my turn she made sure my order was exactly what I wanted - lox bagel, veggie breakfast sandwich, and a blueberry bagel. The dining room was filled with patrons enjoying their meals so we took ours to-go to have a picnic. The food was excellent, I'm not usually a lox person but seeing it is featured I gave it a try. They pile on the cream cheese and salmon, definitely your money's worth. Looking forward to another visit to Gold Coast! ”

“ We live pretty close by so was pretty excited to try this! I happened to sign up for their birthday rewards so I got 2 free bagels! I ordered the sourdough and sun dried tomato. Sadly they gave me the wrong bagel (got everything instead of the sun dried tomato :( ) The bagels themselves were really good! Very nice chew and flavor. Just wished I got what I ordered. The service was super friendly and pretty fast. ”

“ I love "mom and pop" shops and that is what you get with Gold Coast Bagel. There are very nice ladies that work behind the bar and they are on top of things. They work very will in tandem with each other and get things out quickly especially considering how busy it is. My favorite bagel order is an everything bagel, egg, bacon, cheese, and jalapeno cream cheese. I ordered this here and was pleasantly surprised to get cream cheese with fresh jalapenos and eggs that were not pre-made. They have some other baked treats, like huge muffins. My husband and son were both very happy with their orders as well which were variations of what I ordered. The shop has other items for sale like jewelry, tea, and some seriously cute tea cups. This place is definitely worth a try! ”

“ This is going to be a bit of a specific review, but I just need to call it out. We came here for breakfast with my sister-in-law and had a delightful time. The staff was friendly, the inside decor of the location was charming and inviting, and the other customers were friendly and understanding when our 3 kids wanted nothing more than to just explore despite our best efforts to keep them calm and in line. I wasn't in the mood for anything beyond tea, but when I saw they had a banana nut muffin that was massive, I had to pick one up. I absolutely loved it. However, it is because I am part of (what I assume is) a minority that loves banana taffy taffy. This muffin tasted so much like that amazing candy. You can tell that they're using artificial banana flavoring to boost the taste of the muffin. I loved it. So much so that I could say it's one of my favorite muffins I've ever had. But, I also will admit that it's a taste that a lot of people will not enjoy. But if you're in my camp, then know that Gold Coast Bagel has a delicious breakfast treat waiting for you. I've already asked my sister-in-law to pick up a few of these the next time she drives up north to visit. ”

I got a veggie breakfast sandwich on a spinach Parmesan bagel and a pineapple coconut muffin. Both were sizable portions and yummy. They offered homemade salsa with the sandwich too. Indoor and outdoor seating in the corner of the shopping strip mall. Parking is plentiful and easy. ”
